Resolves Yes if the public timeline of https://x.com/elonmusk shows at least one post attributed to that account with a displayed publication timestamp at or after 2026-08-02T12:30:00Z and strictly before 2026-08-02T12:35:00Z. An original post, a reply, and a quote post each count. A plain repost of another account's content with no added text does not count. Timestamps are read from the account's public timeline at one-minute displayed precision; where a post is displayed only as relative time, its absolute timestamp on the post's own permalink page controls. A post observed in-window still counts if it is later edited or deleted. The first observation controls; later revisions to the timeline do not change a result already determined under this rule. Terminal deadline 2026-08-02T23:59:59Z. If the account's public timeline is unavailable, or in-window timestamps cannot be established at one-minute precision, for 72 consecutive hours after that deadline, void. Void also if the account is suspended, renamed, or made private before the result is determined.
Starting Forecast source: @elonmusk posts frequently but unevenly across the day, and the observation window (12:30-12:35 UTC) falls at approximately 05:30 Pacific / 08:30 Eastern, outside the account's highest-activity hours. Treating posts as roughly Poisson over the window at that time of day gives a probability of at least one post materially below even. Set to 0.30 Yes / 0.70 No to reflect that, while acknowledging the account's well-documented late-night and early-morning posting makes this materially uncertain rather than remote.
