Terms of Service

Foreseez uses fictional play-money Cred (₵) for staking and leaderboards. Cred has no cash value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred for real currency, or redeemed for prizes or payouts in this build. Nothing on Foreseez is real-money gambling, betting, or an investment product.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live and meet any minimum age we publish for your region. Final eligibility rules must be confirmed with counsel before launch.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Choose a handle and display name that do not impersonate others or violate third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

Users may create Calls or Markets and stake on YES/NO outcomes through a pari-mutuel pool. Creators cannot resolve their own predictions; settlement is performed by platform administrators or automated jobs according to published resolution criteria. Resolved outcomes are final for play-money purposes except where we void a market for errors, ambiguity, or abuse.

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, or post unlawful, hateful, or abusive content;
• manipulate markets, use bots, or exploit technical vulnerabilities;
• scrape or overload the service without permission;
• misrepresent affiliation with Foreseez or other users;
• use the service for real-money gambling or unlawful activity.

You retain rights in content you post, but grant Foreseez a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Foreseezis provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Predictions reflect user opinions, not financial, legal, or professional advice. Leaderboards and accuracy stats are for entertainment and reputation within the product only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foreseez and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Because Cred has no monetary value, you have no claim for financial loss related to play-money stakes. Final liability caps and carve-outs must be reviewed by counsel.

We may modify these Terms or the product at any time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes should be announced in advance.

Governing law, venue, and dispute-resolution mechanics are not finalized in this draft and must be set before launch.
