About these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the initial Public V1 Terms for the Foreseez web application and related services (the “Service”), version 2026-07-27.1, effective July 27, 2026. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. We may publish updated versions with a new version identifier as the product evolves.
What Foreseez is
Foreseez is a social prediction platform. Operators publish curated Predictions about future Outcomes. Users may make an immutable Call (chosen Outcome, mandatory Cred commitment, and optional Confidence), receive a Receipt, and build a public Record. Crowd Forecasts summarize collective Calls.
Cred is play money
Cred is an in-product unit used to make Calls and settle results inside the Service. Cred has no cash value. Cred is not currency, money, a deposit, a security, an investment product, or a gambling stake. You cannot withdraw Cred for money, exchange Cred for cash or prizes through the Service, or claim any entitlement to real-world value based on Cred balances, payouts, or your Record.
Calls, Receipts, and Records
A Call is final once accepted by the Service. You are responsible for reviewing the Prediction’s published resolution rules, Outcomes, and closing timing before you commit Cred. Your Receipt records the terms of that Call at commitment time. Your Record reflects Calls and results visible under the product’s privacy and display rules.
Resolution, correction, and voiding
Official Outcomes are determined under each Prediction’s published resolution rules and the Service’s resolution operations. Operators may resolve, void, or correct a Prediction when the product’s rules and staff controls allow it. Voiding or correction can change Cred settlement outcomes for affected Calls according to the Service’s settlement logic. Disagreement with a result does not create a right to cash, prizes, or damages.
Content and conduct
You are responsible for content you submit, including profile details, comments, reactions, reports, and similar contributions. Do not use the Service to harass, impersonate, spam, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, manipulate outcomes unfairly, or break applicable law. We may remove or limit content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts when we believe these Terms or Service integrity require it.
Service availability and changes
The Service may change, pause, or end features at any time, including pausing Calls, changing publication schedules, or adjusting non-economic product behavior. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any particular Prediction will open, close, or resolve on a specific timeline.
Account responsibility
Keep your login credentials secure and provide accurate account information you control. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us of unauthorized use through the Contact channels we publish. We may require re-acceptance of updated Terms or Privacy versions before certain actions remain available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Foreseez and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost Cred, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruptions arising from your use of the Service. Because Cred has no cash value, Cred balances and Call results are not a basis for monetary recovery. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Operator and contact
These Terms describe the Foreseez product operated for Public V1. No separate corporate legal name, registered business address, or governing-law venue is published in this version. For safety, privacy, account, and resolution concerns, use the channels on the Contact page. If a public support email is configured for the deployment you are using, it will appear there.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by publishing a new version at /terms with an updated version identifier. Continued use after a new version becomes effective, or acceptance where the product requires it, means you agree to the updated Terms.
